The casting process in continuous casting is born in 1860 for non-ferrous metals . The advantage of this type of melting is being able to produce a material more homogeneous and steady quality compared to discontinuous casting .
The molten metal is poured into the crucible from the furnace provided with intermediate septum to block the waste .
Solidifies the molten copper alloy passing through the mold cooled and then pass through the rollers.
